- A Telkom telephone line.
- The ADSL connectivity service activated on your Telkom Line.
- An ADSL Modem.
- One of our ADSL Packages.
What is Unshaped Bandwidth?
Unshaped bandwidth means that your traffic is not limited in anyway. Unshaped bandwidth offers the lowest connectivity and throughput for applications like Gaming, Voice-over-IP, Peer-to-Peer and Streaming (Netflix, Hulu, etc).
What is Dynamic DNS?
Dynamic DNS allows you to choose a static hostname (example: myoffice.dyn.net.za) and have it always update whenever you connect to the internet or your IP address changes. No desktop application or router configuration is required. Simply choose your hostname and we take care of everything else from our side.
Bandwidth Rollover? Tell me more?
That's right, all unused bandwidth will roll over for a six month period. For example, if you have a 50 GB account and only use 25 GB of data during the month, the following month you will have 75 GB of data available.
Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes, you are able to upgrade and downgrade your ADSL package at any time. Simply login to your account on www.domains.co.za and navigate to ADSL Management, select your account and click Upgrade. You can also cancel your service at any time. The bandwidth you have paid for will be available until the end of the month.
