Domain Information

Status

This is the current status of your domain on our system.

- Active :

The domain is registered on our platform.

- Pending :

The domain is not on our platform.
If the domain is being registered, the registration has not completed yet.
If the domain is being transferred in, the transfer has likely failed and needs to be re-requested.

- Pending Transfer :

The domain is currently pending transfer and will come onto our platform once the domain transfer has been accepted.

- Expired :

Your domain is past it's renewal date and has expired. Additional costs may be incurred when renewing expired domains.

- Cancelled :

Your domain is marked as cancelled if your domain has been transferred out of our system or if you have cancelled your domain service with us.

- Fraud :

Your domain is marked and is suspended if we are notified of fraudulent activities on your domain and you fail to rectify these issues.

Registered

This is the date the domain was originally registered.

Expires On

This is the date your domain will expire should you choose not to renew your domain name.

Last Updated

This is the date your domain was last updated. Domain updates occur when a domain is locked / unlock or nameservers are updated.

Domain Lock

ICANN Registries allow top level domains (.com .net .org etc) to be locked to prevent domain theft. The local ZACR Registry does not support domain locking on any .za domain (co.za org.za net.za and web.za). This lock needs to be switched off on ICANN domains if you want to transfer your domain to another registrar.

Auth Code

ICANN Registries require that an Auth Code be used when transferring top level domains (.com .net .org etc). This Auth Code must be giving to the new provider when transferring your domain. This Auth Code button will only become available once you have switched off the Domain Lock on the domain.

Site Information

Google Safe Browsing

We check your domain with Google's Safe Browsing service http://www.google.com/transparencyreport/safebrowsing/?hl=en to determine if your domain is Safe or if there is possible Malware or viruses on your domain or website. If your website is showing as "Not Safe" we recommend you contact your hosting provider and notify them.

Blacklisted

We check your domain against a number of blacklisting services to determine if your domain is blacklisted for Spam, Virus, Malware or Phishing. If your domain is showing as being Blacklisted, we recommend you contact your hosting provider and notify them.

Is It Up

We check your domain to determine if your website is available and responding. If your website is not up, we recommend you contact your hosting provider and notify them.

Response Time

This is the time it took for your website to respond when we checked if your website is available or not.

Website IP

This is the IP address your website is currently hosted on.

Country

This is the location where your website is currently hosted.

Social Information

Facebook Likes

This is the total number of Facebook Likes for your domain or website.

Facebook Shares

This is the total number of Facebook Shares for your domain or website.

Facebook Comments

This is the total number of Facebook Comments that mention your domain or website.

Twitter Tweets

This is the total number of tweets which mention your domain or website.

Linked In Shares

This is the total number of times your domain or website has been shared on Linked In.

Google Plus One

This is the total number of Plus One's your domain or website has received on Google+

Product Information

Status

This is the current status of your domain on our system.

- Active :

The hosting account has been provision and is Active.

- Pending :

The hosting account has not been provisioned yet.

- Suspended :

The hosting account has been suspended, please contact our accounts department for more information.

- Terminated :

The hosting account has been terminated. Backups are only kept for 14 days after termination.

- Cancelled :

The hosting account has been cancelled, but not terminated yet. A backup of your hosting account can be requested.

- Fraud :

We have picked up fraudulent activity on the hosting account and you should contact support for more information.

Product

This is the current hosting product you have purchased.

Next Due Dat

This is the date that the next product renewal invoice will be due on.

Billing Cycle

This is your current billing cycle for the product. To have this changed, please contact our accounts department.

Recurring Amount

This is your product renewal fee which is due on the Next Due Date in order to keep your hosting account active.

Management

This provides you with a Login Button direct into cPanel and a Password Reset button whereby you can change the main password for this hosting account.

Limited Widgets

On the Limited Plan you get access to 12 widget points. Each widget has a certain amount of points linked to it. You will be able to add widgets to your website up the amount of available points.

For example: You could add the Facebook Widget (3 points), Contact Form Widget (2 points), Photo Gallery (5 points) and the Search Widget (2 points) to your website. This would total your available 12 points.

You would not be able to add another widget unless you removed one of the widgets from your website to free up available points for another widget.

Certain widgets are only available with the full version such as the ecommerce widgets, embedded widget and maps. A full list of available widgets and feature points are in the downloadable PDF

On the Full Version, there is no point restriction and you are able to add as many webpages or widgets as you would like.

How many domains can I have linked to my Site Builder plan?

Due to the nature and functionality of Site Builder, you are only able to use 1 domain per Site Builder package.

If you have multiple domains that you would like to use site builder, you would need to activate a separate Site Builder package for each domain.
