My Invoice wasn't paid because I have a New Credit Card, what should I do?

- Login to your Domains Account
- Dashboard Overview (Click on the Green My Account)
- Due Invoices (Scroll down the page)
- Select the Invoice you wish to pay
- Click Pay Selected

A window will open showing you the unpaid invoice.
- Select Credit Card (VCS) from the drop down menu under Unpaid
- Click Pay Now
- Click Use New Card (Under Billing Information)
- Click to Continue

The Payment Gateway will open and you can enter your New Credit Card Details here. You will be sent a One Time Pin, which you will need to enter as well.

Once you have entered the pin, our Billing System will then store your new credit card details.
