Who does my Client Contact if they Cannot Connect?
The domains.co.za ADSL Reseller solution is a Self-Managed Solution, therefore the administration and support of your clients is entirely your responsibility.
We only provide you (the Reseller) with the solution and support thereon. Should you feel that there is an issue with our ADSL Reseller platform/service itself, then you are more than welcome contact our support team and we will look into it for you.
Should you require us to assist one of your clients on your behalf, this would fall under our "Professional Services" and you will be charged at a rate of R125.00 (Excl. VAT) per 15 minutes.*
