Why can I not Upgrade or Change my current Hosting Package to a Site Builder Package?

Site Builder hosting packages and our standard Hosting Plans are not interchangeable, as they operate on separate server infrastructures. Therefore if you would like to upgrade and / or change your current hosting plan to a Site Builder package, you would need to request the Cancellation of your Existing Hosting and then purchase the Site Builder hosting package. No, unfortunately – Site Builder operates on a separate server infrastructure to our standard Website Hosting. Should you choose to move your Web Hosting to one of our Site Builder packages, your emails cannot be transferred and will need to be recreated (either by yourself or our Support Team). We suggest that you back up of your current email accounts and if necessary send a list of your existing email accounts (e.g. EXAMPLE-yourname@yourdomain.co.za) to our Support Team on support@domains.co.za, and request this, so that we can get these setup for you asap. How do I Store a copy of my Site Builder Website on my Computer after I have published it?

Due to Site Builder’s design and platform infrastructure any website created using this solution can only function on our servers and it is therefore not possible to save a copy to any external source. However, you can save all your content and images.
