This problem normally occurs when the account settings in Microsoft Outlook have been corrupted, then you will receive a ‘Please Enter Network Password’ error message.
Please do the following – you will not lose your email messages:
1. In Microsoft Outlook go to File > Email Account > Add > Repair > Delete
2. Make a note of ALL your Email Settings
3. Delete the Email Account
4. Close down Outlook
5. Re-open Outlook again
6. Create the Email account.
