1. Please ensure that you:
– Do not specify SSL Settings in the account properties in your email program/application.
– Do not use any other Port other than 110 (POP3) or 143 (IMAP)
2. It could be one of two things:
– Your website account has been suspended and you will not be able to receive email.
– The email server is very busy, or it is not functioning properly.
