An error message Recipient Address Rejected, means that the server cannot identify the email address as being Valid. This may be as a result of:

1. The spelling and the suffix of the domain name are incorrect – e.g. @gmail.co.za instead of @gmail.com.

2. The Recipient’s email address may not be functioning properly, i.e. their account may have been Suspended.
