This position requires you to be in direct contact with all clients who request to have their services moved from a different hosting provider to us.
This position requires you to be in direct contact with all
clients who request to have their services moved from a different hosting
provider to us. This is a vital role as you will be the first point of contact
for our potential new clients, therefore you will need excellent telephone
etiquette. You will work closely with our Technical staff as well as accounts
to ensure there is a smooth migration for the client, a team-player is needed
in this role. You will need to have good administrative skills as this role
requires multiple follow ups and calls to be made to all clients. You must also
have knowledge of Domains and Hosting.
Cost to Company: R10 000
-R15 000 Gross per month + incentives
·Must have a valid Matric.
·Must have at least 2 years relevant work experience working in the
internet / domains / web hosting environment.
·Must have good time management as all tasks for the technical team
are schedule based.

·Must have knowledge of the Internet, its protocols and terminology.
