This article will show you how to setup a new credit card in your dashboard. If your invoice remains unpaid because your credit card has expired, changed, or was removed, you can easily update your details and settle the outstanding amount directly from your Domains.co.za client portal.
Domains.co.za gives you full control of your billing settings – including updating your card, managing auto-renewals, and securely paying overdue invoices.

How to Setup A New Credit Card
This guide assumes you are already logged into your Domains.co.za Client Area. (If not, refer to the login steps below.)
1. Login to your Domains.co.za account.
2. From the dashboard, click Billing in the top navigation.

3. Select Add Funds from the dropdown.
4. Enter the Amount to Add or simply proceed to add a new payment method.
5. Choose Credit Card and enter your new card details on the page that follows.
6. Save the card to your account.
Once your new credit card is saved, you can use it to settle any unpaid or overdue invoice.
How to Pay an Unpaid Invoice
- Return to Billing.
- Click My Invoices.
- Locate the invoice marked Unpaid or Overdue.
- Click Invoice Number to open it.
- If prompted, choose your newly added credit card from the Payment Method dropdown.
- Click Pay Now to complete the transaction securely.
Additional Information
- Auto-Renewals: If you depend on auto-renew for services such as domains or hosting, ensure your new credit card is set as your default payment method. Future renewals will automatically use your updated card.
- Payment Confirmation Email: After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email showing your updated invoice status.
- Suspended Services Due to Non-Payment: If your services were suspended because of an unpaid invoice, they will automatically be reactivated once payment has been received and processed.
- Remove Old or Expired Credit Cards: For security and account accuracy, delete any expired or unused cards under Payment Methods.

Login to Domains.co.za Account
1. Go to the Domains.co.za Login website page.

2. Enter your Email and Password and click the “Sign In” button.
3. You will see the Domains.co.za Dashboard, displaying the Manage Account menu on the left and your Account Information, Account Overview and Open Support Tickets on the right.

4. Click on Manage Services to view the sub-dropdown menu and select the hosting package for the domain you want to work with – in our example we are using Web Hosting.

5. Click the Manage button to the right of the domain name you want to access.
6. The display will now show Product Information, Quick Manage, Resource Usage and Site Statistics for that domain name.

7. Under Product Information, scroll down to Control Panel, which will display cPanel to the right, and click on the Login button.

8. The cPanel Dashboard will now be displayed.
