Suspension Run Questions & Answers

The Domains.co.za Suspension Run is an automated Billing Procedure that runs approximately 7 working days after the Invoicing Run. During this grace period, the client will receive a total of 3 (three) Unpaid Account notifications to their chosen means of contact. The Suspension Run will automatically suspend ALL SERVICES related to overdue Unpaid or Shortpaid Invoices. The hosting services will be suspended, this means that your website will NOT BE ONLINE, and any email accounts linked to the hosting service will NOT SEND OR RECEIVE EMAILS. Why Do You Charge Extra For Banking Fees?

PLEASE NOTE Domains.co.za does NOT accept ATM or Teller deposits. Should any payment be made via a bank Teller Deposit, there will be a minimum cash Banking Fee of R40.00 (subject to current banking charges). This is to cover the deposit Banking Fee that banks will charge us. The Domains.co.za Billing System is Automated thus, non-payment of said fees can result in Account Suspension and the lapsing of any registered domain on said account. My Payment has Not Been Allocated, what should I do?

The Domains.co.za Billing Department constantly checks deposits made into the bank accounts and allocates them immediately, dependant on the correctness of the reference used. However, should you find your payment has not been allocated, then please send a Proof of Payment to billing@domains.co.za.
We will require one of the following to allocate your payment correctly:
– Company Name- Client ID Number- Invoice Number (especially if you have more than one invoice, as our system will allocate it to the oldest invoice first)
