How To Collaborate When Creating A Website

With the Domains.co.za Website Builder, you can easily collaborate with your team in real-time, making it simple for multiple users to design, edit, and build different parts of your website together.

Whether you’re working in a team with a designer, copywriter, or marketing manager, Collaboration Mode ensures everyone can contribute efficiently, without overwriting each other’s work.

What is Collaboration Mode?

Collaboration Mode lets multiple users create and edit a website simultaneously. Once activated, you can invite team members to join the project via a shareable link or email invitation. Each collaborator can then work on their assigned sections while seeing others’ updates in real time.

How to Activate Collaboration Mode

When your Domains.co.za Website Builder plan has been activated, you can follow these simple steps to enable collaboration and start working together on your website:

1. Login to your Domains.co.za Account.

2. In your client dashboard, click Manage Services and choose Site Builder from the menu on the left-hand side.
