How to View Your Billing Details in Your Client Area
1. Login to your Domains.co.za account.

2. From the dashboard, click Billing in the top navigation menu.

Viewing Your Account Balance
3. Once in Billing, your Account Balance will be displayed at the top of the page.
- If you have a credit balance, it will show as a positive amount.
- If you owe money, your balance will show as a negative amount.
Viewing & Downloading Invoices
4. Click My Invoices in the Billing menu.
5. You’ll see a list of all your invoices with the following details:
Invoice Number.
Issue Date.
Due Date.
Status (Paid, Unpaid, Overdue).
Total Amount.
6. Click any Invoice Number to view the full invoice.
7. Use Download to save a PDF copy for your records.

8. In the Billing menu, click Statements.
9. Choose your desired date range (e.g. last 30 days, this year, custom range).
10. Click Generate Statement to view all transactions during the selected period.
11. Download or print the statement as required for bookkeeping or auditing purposes.
