Domain promotions are only available to frontend (retail) client accounts and are not automatically applied within the Domain Reseller Control Panel.

How to Register a Domain at a Promotional Price as a Reseller

If you would like to take advantage of a promotional domain price, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Login to your Domains.co.za frontend (client) account instead of your reseller panel.

2. Search for and register the domain name using the available promotional pricing.

3. Complete the registration process and ensure the domain is active.

4. Contact the Domains.co.za support team and request that the domain be moved to your Domain Reseller account.

5. Provide all relevant details, including the domain name and your reseller account information, to assist with the transfer.

Once processed, the domain will be transferred into your reseller account for ongoing management.

Login to Domains.co.za Account

1. Go to the Domains.co.za website Account Login page.

2. Enter your Email and Password and click the Sign In button.

3. You will see the Domains.co.za Dashboard, displaying the Manage Account menu on the left and your Account Information, Account Overview and Open Support Tickets on the right.
