How to Park a Domain
1. Login to the Domains.co.za Customer Portal.
2. Open the Manage Services dropdown menu.
3. Choose Web Hosting if the domain is linked to a hosting service.
4. Click Manage next to the domain associated with your web hosting package.
5. Click Login next to Control Panel to access cPanel.
6. Locate the Domains section in cPanel and click Parked Domains.
Depending on your cPanel interface, this option may be labelled differently or may be managed through Domains.
7. Click Create A New Domain.
8. Enter the domain name that you want to park on your hosting account.
9. Click Add Domain to add the domain as a parked domain.
10. Ensure that the DNS settings or nameservers for the parked domain are configured correctly. The parked domain should use the same appropriate DNS settings as the primary domain so that visitors can reach your website.
11. Allow time for any DNS changes to propagate.
12. Once the DNS configuration has updated, the parked domain should direct visitors to the website associated with your hosting account.
13. Return to Parked Domains in cPanel if you need to manage or remove the parked domain. cPanel allows you to view your parked domains and manage or delete them when required.

1. Go to the Domains.co.za website Account Login page.
2. Enter your Email and Password and click the Sign In button.
3. You will see the Domains.co.za Dashboard, displaying the Manage Account menu on the left and your Account Information, Account Overview and Open Support Tickets on the right.
