To view your emails remotely, type the following address in the web browser (Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer)

http://webmail.your domain name

Example: www.your-domain-name.co.za’s remote email url will be http://webmail.your-domain-name.co.za

Have your Username & Password on hand to enter when prompted.

Only if you are accessing the webmail server from the office and have have misplaced your Password, will you be able to send an email to support@domains.co.za requesting the Password be Reset.

This will be in the instances where you receive duplicate emails, or a large email that will not download.

Please ensure that prior to wanting to access the webmail server anywhere else, you make a note of your Password and Username, as you will be unable to access the server to receive it, unless you are receiving mails via your smartphone.
