Steps to View Emails Remotely
Webmail is an intuitive web-based email platform that enables you to log in and organize your emails with drag-and-drop functionality, enhanced security features, privacy, and automated responses.
To view your emails remotely, follow these steps:
1. Open your preferred web browser, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or another browser.
2. Enter the Webmail URL in the address bar by typing
https://webmail.yourdomainname.TLD
EXAMPLE: If your domain name is "abc-xyz" and the TLD is ".co.za", then it would be "webmail.abc-xyz.co.za"
This will take you to the login page.

3. Enter your username and password when prompted to log in and access your webmail account.
You can also access your Webmail via the cPanel control panel included in your hosting account.
Once logged into cPanel, click the Email Accounts icon, followed by the Check Email button on the right-hand side of the email account you want to view.

Important Note: This password reset option is only available if you access the webmail server from the original registered computer’s IP address. Due to our stringent security protocols designed to protect your online safety, we won’t be able to assist you if you access your emails remotely from a different IP address.
Receiving Duplicate Emails
If you’re experiencing issues like receiving duplicate emails or are having trouble downloading a large email, you may need to request a Password Reset. For users of Microsoft Outlook as their email client, similar steps can be followed using the Outlook Web App to resolve these issues.
