Troubleshooting

A Domain Is Already Registered

If one of your selected domain names is unavailable, choose an alternative domain name or consider registering a different domain extension.

My Registration Has Not Been Processed

Check that your payment has been completed successfully and allow a few minutes for the registration to be processed.

My Domain Does Not Appear in My Account

Refresh your Customer Portal or allow additional time for the registration to complete. Contact Domains.co.za Support if the domain still does not appear.

I Entered an Incorrect Domain Name
