Error codes (as listed at the end) may occur if Microsoft Outlook or if Microsoft Outlook Express cannot establish a connection with your email server. They are frequently caused by one of the following:

• Not connected to the Internet, or a network
• Incorrect Email account Settings in Outlook, or Outlook Express
• User Account profile in Outlook, or Outlook Express is damaged
• An email item on the POP3 server is damaged or corrupted
• Incorrect configuration of Antivirus software
• Outlook or Outlook Express has been removed from the computer, or the installation is damaged
• Incorrect configuration of Personal Firewall software
