A White Screen is a common error on a Content Management System (CMS), this may happen either within WordPRess, or when trying to login.

There are three types of PHP or database errors that can cause this;

1. a third-party software is incompatible with WordPress

2. a conflict caused between an installed theme and a plugin

3. the WordPress theme file is missing
